Materials:

You can use whatever yarn and
colors you want. Use an appropriate hook for the chosen yarn.

PATTERN
Note:
Make the first heart and finish it off. Then make the second one and finish it
off living a long tail (really long) to join the hearts.
Make a base of 21 chains.
ROW
1: Chain 3 (count as a double crochet),
2 double
crochets in the 4th chain from the hook.
1 double crochet in each one of the next 5
chains.
1 Half double crochet in the next chain.
1 single crochet in the next chain.
1 slip
stitch in the next chain.
Skip 3 chains. 1 slip stitch in the chains.
1 single
crochet in the next chain. 1 half double crochet in the next chain. 1 double
crochet in each one of the next 5 chains. 6 double crochets in the last chain.
Continue crocheting on the other side of the
base chain.
1 double crochet in each one of the next 9
stitches. 3 double crochets in the next stitch.

Make a slip stitch introducing the hook in
the 3rd chain of the 1st double crochet and grabbing the new yarn PICTURE 1.
Make a knot with the tail of the new and the old yarn and cut the old one (not
too close to the knot). You can hide the tails of yarn at time you crochet or
just let them be, they will remain on the inside of the heart.
ROW
2: Chain 3 (count as a double crochet). 3 double
crochets in the next stitch. 2 double crochets in the next stitch. 1 double
crochet in each one of the next 3 stitches. 1 half double crochet in the next
stitch. 1 single crochet in the next stitch. 1 slip stitch in the net stitch.
Skip 4 stitches. 1 slip stitch in the next
stitch. 1 single crochet in the next stitch. 1 half double crochet in the next
stitch. 1 double crochet in each one of the next 3 stitches. 2 double crochets
in the next stitch. 3 double crochets in the next stitch. 1 double crochet in
the next stitch.
[2 double crochets in the next stitch]
repeat [] twice.

Once
you have made the two hearts join them together with the tail of the last one
you have made, stitch by stitch, inserting the needle underneath the back loop
of each stitch of the both hearts PICTURE 2;
once from the front to the back and the next one from the back to the front PICTURES 2 & 3.
Continue
joining till half heart is joined. Then fill that half with fiberfill PICTURE 4 and continue joining the hearts. Once left
about 1 inch to join PICTURE 5, complete filling
and continue joining till arrive to the beginning.
To
finish, tie a regular sewing knot PICTURE 6,
insert the needle into the heart and make it come out through the bottom to
hide the yarn PICTURE 7. Pull up the yarn and
cut it out.
